WINE: Premium white wine blended with natural honey and orange blossom honey essence.

ABV: 13.5%

TASTING NOTES: Honey and orange blossom on the nose. On the palate honey compliments apple and pear, rounding out the taste profile and providing just a hint sweetness. The acidity of the wine perfectly compliments the sweetness of the honey creating a juicy and lingering finish.1

SERVING SUGGESTION: Chilled in a wine glass -- just like a white wine or in a HoneyVine Signature Cocktail

HOW DOES IT TASTE?

Think of honey flavored food products like yogurt, goat cheese, almonds or even cereal. The honey softens any of the harsh or polarizing flavors to provide a rounder taste profile. We did the exact same thing with wine -- the wine actually drinks like a glass of white wine with honey notes that really help to eliminate what some consumers call "bitterness" of the wine profile. It is not overly sweet like a dessert wine or moscato but not as dry as a traditional sauvignon blanc or chardonnay, either.

HOW IS IT MADE?

We took post-fermentation, aged premium white wine and blended with natural honey and orange blossom honey essence. We wanted to ensure that this wine tasted as natural as possible and provided wine lovers with a fun little experiment and non-wine lovers with a wine that might convert them to trying wine.
