In this edition of “Mix Your Menu,” our ongoing series where we serve up fresh spins on classic cocktails, we focus on cozy, winter cocktails that you can fold into your drink menu.

During the coming months as the temperature continues to slide, your customers will be searching for rich flavors that warm like a hug. Instead of simply opting for some of the classic seasonal picks such as the Hot Toddy, Irish Coffee or a spiced wine, try serving the below cocktails that feature some of the season’s most popular flavors, including chocolate, ginger and more.

The recipes provided in this episode of Mix Your Menu are served up by Breakthru Florida Beverage Specialist Alex Alfonso.
