Belvedere Vodka’s A-List Friends

Mar. 14, 2019

The Oscars wouldn’t be complete each year without the Vanity Fair after party. It’s the most exclusive event of the Oscar season (it’s almost easier to get an award than an invite to this soiree) and by far the most high-profile after party each year. Those lucky enough to get in find A-list celebrities and Belvedere Vodka.

Back-to-back wins are rare, but Belvedere pulled it off, earning the distinction as the party’s exclusive vodka for the second straight year, pouring vodka for the cream of the Hollywood crop on Oscar night as well as at a slate of events for Vanity Fair’s twentieth season of “Campaign Hollywood,” a weeklong celebration of the industry’s best talent. Belvedere was on hand for photo-ops with the glitterati at events hosted by the likes of director Ava DuVernay, and triple-threat performer Zendaya.

"We are thrilled to continue our valued relationship with Vanity Fair during the film industry's most exciting time of the year," said Carlos Zepeda, VP, Belvedere Vodka at Moët Hennessy USA.  "Partnering with Vanity Fair to honor films, actors, and thought leaders is in line with Belvedere Vodka's brand philosophy, and we look forward to celebrating those that make the world a beautiful and diverse place."

Belvedere was spotted throughout the week, turning up in the hands of celebrity revelers at invite-only events like the posh New Hollywood cocktail party, a celebration of today's up-and-coming stars, and at a party honoring women in Hollywood at Soho House, where Belvedere Vodka curated three signature cocktails crafted with the evening's theme in mind.

At the "VF Viewing Dinner," National Brand Ambassador Brian Stewart delivered an interactive demonstration at a custom Belvedere Vodka custom bar. And, of course, the main event, held at a custom-built space connecting the Wallis Annenberg Center for Performing Arts and Beverly Hills City Hall, featured two Belvedere Vodka bars serving specially crafted cocktails to commemorate the evening, and an interactive Belvedere photo booth for the Hollywood elite to capture those Instagram-worthy "party pics" for sharing on social media.

As popular as the Oscars telecast was this year (viewership increased 12%, with 30 million Americans watching, according to Variety), coverage of the after parties can be just as enticing to consumers, delivering candid, behind the scenes shots of larger-than-life film stars cutting loose and celebrating with the same brands and cocktails consumers can enjoy in their own homes or at their favorite bars and restaurants.
