Delaware Team Pitches in at local Food Bank
Aug. 4, 2017
Breakthru Beverage Delaware has a longstanding commitment to community service, particularly with the Food Bank of Delaware. We are proud to partner with them in their vital mission, providing free, quality food to the state’s poor, elderly and otherwise vulnerable populations. Our latest partnership saw a dedicated team of our associates spending the morning working with the Food Bank’s own team to help process and package incoming donations.

Breakthru’s own Liz Lutz reflected on the event, saying “Our team was happy to work together to provide several services that helped out the Food Bank this morning. We’re looking forward to volunteering again when we can!” She also noted the importance of the Food Bank of Delaware, saying “it’s shocking to hear how many people in Delaware, especially children, do not have access to food on a regular basis.” We are honored to assist the Food Bank in helping to alleviate and eliminate hunger and malnutrition in our community. For more information on how you can help in their mission, please visit the Food Bank of Delaware’s website or call (302) 292-1305.
