For more than 30 years, Prospanica has advocated for the advancement of Hispanic business professionals. During this time, the organization has given over $8 million in scholarships to provide resources that enrich the lives of Hispanic students and empower the next generation.
Breakthru Beverage is proud to support Prospanica’s vision to “Be the leading catalyst for Hispanic professional achievement” by joining the organization’s Diversity Champions. Diversity Champions are year-round partners that support Prospanica’s mission, advocate for Hispanic professionals, and promote Prospanica within their organization and communities.
Since joining the Diversity Champions at the national level, our markets have also engaged with local Prospanica chapters to deepen our connection with the organization, fortify our talent pipeline with diverse candidates and engage with Hispanic communities where we operate. Here are a few examples:
Breakthru Beverage Arizona
The Arizona team hosted the Phoenix chapter’s first in-person networking event, a mixology class, where attendees connected with the 2022 Board and other Hispanic professionals.
Breakthru Beverage Wisconsin
Wisconsin associates joined the Milwaukee chapter at a locally owned Latin restaurant to network with Prospanica members and talk about Breakthru’s business, culture, history, the three-tier system, and career opportunities.
Breakthru Beverage Colorado
Central-West Talent Acquisition Manager, Stephanie Vasquez, participated on a panel for Prospanica’s Denver Start-Up Week with Colorado Latino leaders to discuss their roles and give advice to other Latinos rising the ranks in the work force.
