Breakthru Beverage is proud to partner with your organization by providing donated product to your upcoming event.

We ask that you take a moment to review the following list of requests that we ask of you:

After Your Event:

While Breakthru Beverage strives to determine the appropriate amount of product to be consumed at all events, we understand that there can be unused, unopened product left over. If there is a significant amount of product remaining and the organization cannot remove it from the event space, or cannot store it at their own location, Breakthru Beverage will schedule a pick up and remove the product. By law, donated product cannot be left at event spaces or with caterers holding liquor licenses.

The next business day following an event, we require the following information sent via email, preferably on official letterhead:
  • Event that the in-kind donation was used (please include location and date)
  • Amount of UNOPENED product left at the close of the event
  • Statement that the product was removed from the event space by a representative from the organization and where it will be stored to be used for future events
- OR -
  • Statement that the donated product was left at the event space and that Breakthru Beverage will have to schedule a pick-up of the remaining product (if possible include date we can schedule a pick up).
  • Breakthru Beverage is proud to be a part of events supporting worthwhile causes and we like to see how our logo and products have been displayed at events. We will follow-up after your event via email to inquire about any recap materials or images that were captured featuring Breakthru products.
