Bigallet China China

Bigallet China-China Amer is an orange-based bittersweet liqueur peppered with botanical infusions. The intense orange aroma and flavor comes from Bigallet's proprietary process of distilling fresh orange peel macerations during the winter citrus harvest in a process called zestage. This is blended with earthy and bitter gentian, tart chinchona bark, velvety anise, spicy clove, and a handful of other Alpine herbs.

Brenne 10 Estate Cask Single Malt French Whiskey

This exquisite 10-year-old whisky is expertly crafted seed-to-spirit from organic malted barley and naturally pure water in the Cognac region of France. This limited bottling is the marriage of four casks, hand-selected for their distinctive complexity and balance. Chocolate-covered dried fruits are combined with deeper notes of raw honey, spiced vanilla cream, and a striking richness that continues to open up in the glass.

Dogfish Head Alternate Tasks: Vol.1 Whiskey Finished in Rum Casks

This whiskey starts in our brewery as a complex beer consisting of mostly specialty malts, including applewood smoked, coffee kiln and crystal malts. It is then fermented with Dogfish Head’s proprietary Doggie Ale yeast, creating whiskey that’s more delicate and nuanced than a typical American style whiskey. Alternate Takes: Volume 1 is then aged onsite in new charred American oak barrels, then finished in rum casks which previously aged our Barrel Honey Rum.

El Jolgorio Pechuga

Pechuga is a rare mezcal made especially for celebrations. The base is distilled from espadín agave and during a second or third distillation, local fruits, nuts, herbs and spices along with a spiritual offering of raw meat are added to the still. The Cortes family, who makes the Pechuga for El Jolgorio, uses apple, pineapple, orange, banana, fig, anise, almond, and guajalote – wild turkey. Pechuga is created and reserved for very special occasions.

Giffard Rhubarb Liqueur

Harvested in the spring, rhubarb is a favorite of bakers and confectioners, who use sugar and strawberries to balance its intense tartness. For this liqueur, the Giffard distillery creates an infusion of both green and red rhubarb, to achieve a perfect balance between tart and sweet.

Heaven’s Door Double Barrel Whiskey

Comprised of a unique blend of three different whiskeys, Double Barrel undergoes a secondary aging process utilizing hand toasted, new American oak barrels. Double Barrel's high proof balances perfectly with the complexity of its flavor and notes of caramel, oak, citrus and spice.

Mezcal Vago Elote

Created by Aquilino García López, Mezcal Vago Elote is a single distilled mezcal espadín that is infused with toasted corn. The dried kernels of corn are toasted and placed in the still with the mezcal to infuse its flavor. The corn never ferments, it is strictly used as a flavor infusion. The batch is then distilled a second time, resulting in a clear joven mezcal with aromas of indigenous Mexican corn and toasted nuts.
