Allied Beverage Group and Breakthru Beverage New Jersey Announce Completion of Merger

CARLSTADT, N.J. - Allied Beverage Group (“Allied”) and Breakthru Beverage Group (“Breakthru”) today announced the completion of the merger between Allied and Breakthru Beverage New Jersey. The integrated company will operate under the name of Allied Beverage Group and continue to be the state’s leading distributor with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion and approximately 1,100 employees.
