Jack Fire, Brown-Forman Lends Support to Phoenix Firefighters

May 4, 2017

Every day, firefighters see the devastation that comes from fires, along with the medical emergencies that follow. It’s truly a life-changing experience.

Since 1964, when tragedy strikes, the United Phoenix Firefighters Charities (UPFFC) has been there to lend a dependable hand. Through a variety of programs, including individual care, illness support, financial planning and more, the nonprofit has improved the lives of thousands of brave firefighters. The UPFFC also serves the community with proactive programs as well, including preventative fire education and scholarship programs.

“Rise from the Fire” was a charitable concert hosted by Jack Fire and iHeart Radio to raise money for families that have recently been affected by a fire.

“We’re proud to support the brave firefighters of Phoenix,” said Brown-Forman’s Bobbi Woodson. “Through the ‘Rise from the Fire’ program, Jack Fire helps give firefighters a chance to be a part of something that they deserve to experience more often – a happy ending.”

Consumers attending the Phoenix edition were treated to live music from country music star Brett Young and specialty Jack Fire cocktails that were specifically designed for “Rise from the Fire.” In addition to the charitable concert, a portion of the proceeds for all Jack Fire bottles sold at Phoenix-area Fry’s went directly to the UPFFC, with the final tally coming to $1,500.
