Compass Box The Peat Monster

This whisky combines smoky and peaty single malts from the island of Islay and the Isle of Mull with rich, medium-peated Highland whisky. The result is a balanced, highly drinkable peaty blended malt Scotch whisky.

 
 

CH Distillery Key Gin

Handmade from organic Illinois-grown grains this American-style gin offers notes of white pepper on the nose, and on the palate, bright key limes and a hint of juniper.

 
 

Italicus

Made from authentic Italian bergamot and selected native Italian botanicals. Italicus is based on an old original recipe from 1850's Italy. Light and citrusy on the nose with hints of rose and lavender. On the palate, more fresh citrus is balanced with bitter and floral spice, before giving way to a long, cascading finish.

 
 

Rabbit Hole Whiskey: Finished PX Sherry Casks

Straight Bourbon whiskey with a mash bill of corn, wheat and malted barley is aged in alligator char barrels. The whiskey is then finished in sweet Pedro Ximenez sherry cask. The resulting whiskey is refined and balanced, with a hint of marmalade and a long, cascading finish.

 
 

Nuestra Soledad Matalan Mezcal

The town of Santiago Matatlán, just to the East of Oaxaca de Juárez, is widely known as the epicenter for traditional mezcal production. The espadín agave used for Nuestra Matalan grows at an elevation of 5,500-5,900 ft. in a mountain canyon rich with agave diversity. On the palate, roasted plantain and savory smoked meats, toasted cacao nibs, big yet elegant with a robust yet balanced, wood-smoke finish.

 
 

Giffard Crème de Fraise des Bois

It takes two unique varieties of strawberry to make this delightful liqueur. Tiny, wild woodland strawberries with their characteristic, intense aromatics and sweetness along with a larger and juicier cultivated variety called the Senga Sengana known for its vivid red hue, bright acidity and rich berry aroma are used to craft this crème. The liqueur offers big, rich strawberry jam, juicy red berries with balancing acidity.

 
 

Lazzaroni Amaretto

The authentic Italian amaretto since 1851, made and bottled in Saronno, Italy. To this day, it is still made according to an old family recipe, by infusing the famous “Amaretti del Chiostro di Saronno” cookies with spirit. Amaretto Lazzaroni doesn’t need high alcohol levels, it is perfectly balanced with 24 percent ABV.

 
 

Park Cognac Borderies

This special blend hails exclusively from the idyllic Borderies growing area of Cognac. Delicate floral aromas and a light palate, this cognac is a smooth transition from a VSOP cognac to an XO notes of apricots, vanilla and violet.

 
 

WhistlePig Distillery Boss Hog Spirit of Mauve

The Spirit of Mauve is a 13 year straight rye whiskey finished in French Calvados casks and named in honor of WhistlePig's celebrity pet pig, Mauve, who has an undying love of apples. The resulting whiskey is an extraordinary blend of sweet and spiced flavors with a fine balance between American power and French sophistication.
