Ray Herrmann unquestionably enjoyed one of the most respected, distinguished and accomplished careers in the beverage alcohol industry. He was not only a beverage alcohol industry titan, but a man of great character, ethics and philanthropy- a true humanitarian.

The Ray Herrmann Award recognizes associates whose contributions embody our four core values (Be Inclusive, Be Courageous, Be Passionate and Be True) and have positively impacted Breakthru. Up to five finalists (one from each region, corporate and operations) will be considered from our annual associate recognition nomination program. The winner receives a physical award and a donation will be made to an organization of their choice that aligns with our CSR pillars (Our Community, Our People, Environmental Stewardship and Alcohol Responsibility).
