Clear vision of the future for Breakthru Beverage South Region

At Miami’s historic Fontainebleau Hotel, associates from Breakthru Beverage Florida and senior leadership from South Carolina and Virginia joined the Executive Leadership Team for a vision launch and State of the State meeting. Associates from South Carolina and Virginia tuned in to live stream online for all the highlights. The two-day event, held Aug. 29 and 30, kicked off with an introduction from South Region President Bob Drinon, followed by a rollout of the company vision from the ELT.

“The most important thing that we’re going to get out of today is the real vision of what we want to be as Breakthru Beverage,” Drinon told the associates assembled at the Fontainebleau and online.

After the ELT’s vision presentation, the meeting switched gears for Florida’s State of the State ’16 meeting. Breakthru Beverage Florida’s Executive Vice President Eric Pfeil kicked off the gathering, which included remarks from state leadership and management on finance, operations, sales, learning and development, public relations, human resources, events and more.

Outside of the meetings, attendees enjoyed a happy hour at the Fontainebleau and dinner at nearby restaurants Scarpetta, Stripsteak by Michael Mina, Hakasaan and Michael Mina’s Pizza & Burger. After dinner, associates flowed into Club LIV, where they were treated to a pop-up cocktail lounge and bubble bar, complete with a surprise show from Flo Rida and DJ Irie.

Coming out of the two days of meetings, Breakthru Beverage’s Southern Region associates are more closely aligned and ready to pursue the company’s mission to be the leading beverage company in North America. This year has been huge for Breakthru, and we look forward to even bigger things in the months ahead.
