Matured wholly in air-dried, hand-selected ex-bourbon casks, the Old Pulteney 12 Year Old is the definitive expression in the Old Pulteney family. The flavor profile is dry, medium-bodied and smooth, with notes of honey and cream. There is also a faint salinity, a slight spice and a sweet, long-lasting finish.
St. George Spirits Breaking & Entering
St. George Spirits' 2.0 version of Breaking & Entering features blended sourced bourbon and rye with some of St. George’s own whiskey stocks. The blend brings together four grains—rye, corn, barley, wheat–with no one grain dominating the other. The palate is rich with pecan pastry, bittersweet chocolate, fruit preserves and spice.
Breckenridge Distillery PX Cask Finish Bourbon Whiskey
An extensive search for rare and unique barrels took Breckenridge distillery to the Andalusia province of Spain where they acquired a selection of retired PX barrels and filled them with their rich spicy bourbon whiskey. Well-rounded aromas of fig compote, almond butter and black licorice lead to rich full-bodied taste of orange marmalade and Madagascar vanilla bean. The finish is long, sweet and perfectly balanced heat.
WhistlePig Distillery Boss Hog Spirit of Mauve
The Spirit of Mauve is a 13 year straight rye whiskey finished in French Calvados casks and named in honor of WhistlePig's celebrity pet pig, Mauve, who has an undying love of apples. The resulting whiskey is an extraordinary blend of sweet and spiced flavors with a fine balance between American power and French sophistication.
Giffard Rhubarb Liqueur
Harvested in the spring, rhubarb is a favorite of bakers and confectioners, who use sugar and strawberries to balance its intense tartness. For this liqueur, the Giffard distillery creates an infusion of both green and red rhubarb, to achieve a perfect balance between tart and sweet.
Agave de Cortez Mezcal Joven
Agave de Cortés honors the family’s heritage and tradition of aging in wood. Only espadín agaves cultivated on family lands according to strict agricultural traditions that eschew the use of unnatural interventions are used in the creation of this mezcal. The hand-harvested maguey is pit-roasted, tahona-crushed, wild fermented and double distilled in copper stills.
Papa's Pilar 24-Year-Old Solera Blended Dark Rum
This seductive dark rum is a blend of hand-selected rums–some up to 24 years old–which are then solera aged in former American bourbon barrels, ex-Port casks and then finished in Spanish sherry casks.
Widow Jane 10 Year Bourbon
Widow Jane takes 10-year-old Kentucky bourbon whiskey and blends it with pure limestone mineral water from the Widow Jane mine in upstate New York. Rich and soft, the bourbon offers aromas of butter and toffee, flavors of cherry wood and finishes with notes of burnt orange and spice.
