Connecticut Distributors, Inc. announced they have reached an agreement to acquire New England Wine & Spirits, a distributor of several significant brands, fine wines, and direct imports in Connecticut.
Connecticut Distributors, Inc. (CDI), an affiliate of Breakthru Beverage Group, have announced they have reached an agreement to acquire New England Wine & Spirits, a distributor of premium brands, fine wines, and direct imports in Connecticut.
The acquisition of New England Wine & Spirits will both enhance CDI’s brand portfolio with state-wide exclusivity for three key brands: Barefoot, Bogle and Wente, along with an impressive list of fine wines and direct imports, predominantly from France, Italy, and Argentina.
With this acquisition CDI will establish the New England Division, a new retail sales division with a team of Sales Specialists and a Field Sales Manager. The New England Division will continue to represent many of the brands that are currently sold by New England Wine & Spirits.
