This privacy policy is applicable to BreakthruBev.com (“Website”), which is operated by Breakthru Beverage Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, headquartered at 60 East 42nd St., Suite 1915, New York, NY 10165 (“Company,” “we” or “us”).

The Company’s policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our users.

The Company does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis.

Also, upon a user's request, the Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to functionally delete the user and his or her personal information from its database; however, it may be impossible to delete a user's entry without some residual information because of backups and records of deletions.

This site does not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from or about children under 13. If we discover we have received any information from a child under 13 in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately.
