Dogfish Head Craft Brewery Enters Minnesota with Breakthru Beverage

Milton, Del., March 1, 2017 – Dogfish Head Craft Brewery is overjoyed to announce that their collection of off-centered beers will be available in the Twin Cities on March 27!  

The Delaware craft brewer has partnered with Breakthru Beverage to distribute Dogfish Head’s full portfolio of flavorful, ingredient-driven beers throughout the Minneapolis and St. Paul metro area.  “The Breakthru Beverage team is thrilled to help lead the introduction of Dogfish Head Craft Brewery into Minnesota,” said Breakthru Beverage Group EVP of Sales and Marketing, Kevin Roberts.  “Sam Calagione is a modern day trailblazer in the beverage industry – stretching the boundaries on quality, creativity and bringing culinary thinking into the brewing process.  We’ve always been inspired by Sam’s vision and we consider ourselves very fortunate to also represent Dogfish Head in its home market of Delaware, as well as Colorado,” added Roberts.

Consistently committed to delivering off-centered goodness to their fans, Dogfish Head strategized to establish the ideal groundwork for a successful, forward-looking growth plan to Minnesota and beyond.  They tripled the size of the sales team to assist in managing the growing chain business and to further support its current distribution partners.  Dogfish also redesigned all beer packaging and artwork, and recently introduced cans to their portfolio of craft brews.
