Breakthru Beverage Group Names Brian Onufrychuk Vice President, Commercial Capabilities

Breakthru Beverage Group has announced that Brian Onufrychuk, formerly Breakthru’s Director, Supplier Capability Initiatives, has been appointed to the role of Vice President, Commercial Capabilities. In his new role, Brian will oversee Breakthru Beverage Group’s digital marketing programs, sales tools, capability development and supplier capability platforms.

 

Brian began working in the business while attending the University of Richmond, spending summers with Charmer Sunbelt Group (CSG), as well as on the supplier side with the Robert Mondavi Winery.  After graduating, he entered the Gallo management training program as a sales representative in Montgomery County, MD, before leaving the industry to work in marketing and advertising with an agency in Washington, D.C. 

 

In 2008, Brian returned to CSG where he has worked in a variety of roles, including digital marketing, business analyst, business manager and sales director. Most recently, he has been managing Breakthru Beverage Group’s key supplier capability initiatives as part of the Commercial Excellence team.

 

Reporting to Brian is Ashley Heaton, Director of Marketing and Communications and Digital, who leads the digital marketing team based in Cicero; Rob Sirota, national Director of Capabilities, who will lead the capabilities assessment and supplier initiatives; and Eric Hall, Director, Sales Effectiveness Insights, who leads the analytics and ongoing effectiveness of our platforms.
